Client, Admin & Internal Portals
A shared place for customers and staff to see what happens next.
The problem
What usually goes wrong
Customers phone or email to ask for status, documents live in inboxes, staff juggle several systems, and there's no single view of who needs what.
What we build
Portals, built to connect
Client portals
An agreed customer view of bookings, documents, progress or invoices, with access tied to the customer’s account.
Admin portals
Staff manage requests, schedules, records and approvals in one place.
Internal tools
Purpose-built tools for the workflows off-the-shelf software handles badly.
Roles and security
Authentication and role-based permissions designed around the information each user needs, with access checks included in testing.
How it works
The way we run it
- Define users, data needs and key tasks
- Agree roles, permissions and core screens
- Build the data model and access controls
- Add the scoped workflows and integrations
- Test permissions and pilot the key user journeys
- Launch and hand over, with support scoped separately
Deliverables
What you get
- User and role map
- Agreed portal screens
- Web application with scoped authentication and access controls

FAQ
Questions
How do you handle access to customer data?
We define the data needed, user roles, authentication and permissions during discovery, then test those access rules. Sensitive or regulated data requirements need to be discussed before scope is agreed; no system can promise absolute security.
Can it work on phones?
Mobile layouts and the agreed customer and staff journeys are included in design and testing.
Can it connect to software we already use?
We check the software’s supported interfaces, access permissions and plan limits before confirming an integration.
What costs are included?
The proposal defines the work included. Third-party costs, including hosting, apps, licences, platform subscriptions, payment and marketplace fees, and ad spend, are excluded unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
