Business Automation
Less retyping and chasing, with clear rules for routine tasks and exceptions.
The problem
What usually goes wrong
Leads wait hours for a reply, staff copy data between tools, reminders depend on memory, and the same manual steps repeat every day.
What we build
Automation, built to connect
Enquiry follow-up
Acknowledgements, assignment and reminders triggered by agreed events, with timing and consent requirements defined before launch.
Team notifications
Email, SMS or team-chat alerts that help the responsible person know what needs attention, using the channels included in scope.
Connected tools
Move agreed data between supported forms, calendars, CRMs, invoicing tools or spreadsheets, subject to their access and integration limits.
Operational workflows
Map bookings, document requests and handoffs into repeatable steps, with human approvals and exception handling where needed.
How it works
The way we run it
- Map the current process and exceptions
- Choose a focused workflow to improve first
- Agree triggers, permissions and fallback steps
- Build and test supported integrations
- Hand over documentation and error alerts
- Agree any ongoing monitoring or changes separately
Deliverables
What you get
- Process map (before and after)
- Configured automations and integrations
- Error handling and alerts
- Documentation of every workflow
- Team walkthrough
Where it plugs in
Part of one system
- Website: form submissions can trigger the agreed workflow
- Portal: supported status changes can trigger customer updates
- Reporting: connected records can show workload and response times
Use cases
Where it fits
- A new website enquiry creates a record and alerts its assigned owner
- A confirmed booking triggers an acknowledgement and scheduled reminder
- A daily enquiry summary highlights records needing review
Process
Same process, every project

FAQ
Questions
What tools do you work with?
We review the tools you already use and check their integration options, permissions and plan limits before confirming what can be connected.
What happens if an automation fails?
The agreed build includes exception handling and alerts. We identify who will review failures and how to use the manual fallback. Ongoing monitoring and support are scoped separately.
Will automation replace my team?
The aim is to reduce repetitive steps. Your team keeps responsibility for customer decisions, approvals and exceptions.
What costs are included?
The proposal defines the work included. Third-party costs, including hosting, apps, licences, platform subscriptions, payment and marketplace fees, and ad spend, are excluded unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
